Its Almost New Years Eve! Party Ideas Themes and Lovelines!

Firstly, can I just say Im sorry... I do not celebrate new years and I never half.. so putting up party decor and planning never even entered my thoughts until I saw some brightly beautifully coloured garlands and streamers.
Would it be weird to decorate and then just get fat in front of the tv with my beloved and our kitty?! Maybe a little.... but its happening. The fatness... not the decor :p 

This confetti dress is AWESOME!!!! I don't know where Jenna from My Life as a magazine found it as unfortunately she didn't add any original links. I Love this wreath SO much!!!! I have a polystyrene/styrofoam wreath at home thats been up there for about two years now as I had bought a box of 6 and ran out of steam.. this would be perfect for a cute party!! What about a Marakesh bright bazaar style theme? hmmm... 

Love love love! Im going to make myself one of these for my craft room I think. I have just realised I have images of lovely garlands to take!! Im so silly. I must do that tomorrow ^_^

DIY Planners | Amanda Hawkins AHHH Design | Free Downloads and DIY

What are your guys thoughts and feelings on DIY planners? I love them personally! I love Amanda Hawkins too and her wonderful tutorials for lots of different styles of planners. Ive been using planners for years. Last year I got the Le Petit Prince one for christmas -  click on the link with all the lovely pictures.. BUT it was 6x4 and not spiral bound and you couldn't bend the spine back enough so it was very difficult to write in. I stopped using it around april which was a shame. 

This is a lil mini card version.. Which is fabulous but too small for my eyesight and my hands! 
The year before I had an a5 style which was laid out really well.. i loved it. Ive a few days to figure out whats happening. I was trying to go paperless so I could use some apps to figure it out but I love having a planner in my hands. 

So simple and cute and you can create them however you want! 

Love um! I downloaded a few of these for my iPad but I need a stylus.. its very difficult to write and draw with fingers. Anyhow! lots of things there for printing out to make in your own planner. 

Go visit to figure out how you want your planner to look! I love the hard back vintage book binder. Fabulous.

For The Love of Stationery | Minimega Dk

I freakin love this store!! Im getting a little bit obsessed with stationery recently. After I reacquainted myself with Hello Sandwich blog last month and sending snail mail again - Im like a woman possessed. 

I love all the crazy patterned papers!! There are so many blogs or pins I see with buckets of brightly coloured rolls of paper and I get so excited... I want them.

I love these little origami boats. This little figure turned into a hanging mobile with origami goats is inspired!! I love it loads ^_^

I know, tres retro with the honeycomb hanging balls - but they're all back in fashion now! I want them all!!

Id love a wee origami boat. I remember when I learnt to make origami cranes I was so excited! I made three and then gave up lol. 

The wee note books are absolutely adorable and I really would love to see them some letter sets. 

Can you imagine receiving these wonderful little parcels?! I wouldn't want to open them! Or Id be very very careful and be keeping the paper until I could figure out something crafty and lovely to do with them. I always find it difficult to use gorgeous patterns as I feel they're being wasted.. but they aren't really if you end up making something beautiful huh.

A Woodland Delight Chandelier | DIY Tutorial From A Fanciful Twist

For those of you who aren't eating yet more christmas dinner today or celebrating with family and want something crafty to partake in or simply for something pretty to bookmark for future use! 

A beautiful woodland chandellier DIY from Vanessa of A Fanciful Twist!

It's so simple to make but so pretty and crazily effective!! I love crafty rooms like this too - jam packed full of things like a little woodland or colourful little cave but I couldnt work like this.. I think I'd feel very suffocated. To visit is fine but I couldnt live there. 

I love these types of butterflies and those lanterns and those wee pom pom things on the mirror and the roses! Gimie gimie gimie!!!! Made with ribbons and twigs.... and butterflies. Cheap as cheerful!

Merry Christmas | Gifts Galore and a Little Wrapping

Not so much gifts galore but a sneaky peak of a little home made gift! Obviously this is a pre written post as its far too crazy of a day to be writing anything worth reading. This first image is a set of foot care creams I made for my granny.. Im almost 100% certain she wont see this :p I had those little red berries from a christmas decoration and hot glued the wee things on the end of some ribbon! The wee reindeers on the label are from Sybil of Funkytimes printable washi tape. 

Some simple gift wrap for this little present. I might steal the snowflake and ribbon back haha. Im so kind and generous :p 

I like this one... a chunky item thats difficult to wrap. Im sorry I cant share more on this lovely morning but not everyone has received their gifts and you dont know who reads this :p
